Healthy Paws Complete Diets (12 x 226g / 8oz Patties) are formulated to provide a complete and balanced diet. Each formula is based on a minimum 85/15 ratio of meat to fruit/vegetable blend. They have also added ground kelp and cold water fish oil to ensure the proper levels of Omega 3 and 6 as well as trace minerals. In non-avian protein formulas, they have added raw bone powder to provide the correct levels and ratios of calcium and phosphorus. All of their meat is human-grade, contains no preservatives, and is hormone and antibiotic-free.
The Healthy Paws Venison formula contains venison trim, hearts and organs from farm-raised elk in the foothills of Alberta. It is raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones. Whenever possible, the vegetables and fruits used are purchased weekly from local suppliers. The kelp is sourced from the shores of Nova Scotia and the fish oil is a blend of sardine and herring oil from the North Atlantic
