Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges: 

All frozen product sales are FINAL.

All other items that are unopened and in their original packaging may be exchanged or redeemed for store credit within 14 days of purchase.  A 15% re-stocking fee is applicable to any products returned after 14 days. Thank you for your business and understanding.

 

Shipping Damages:

Although extremely rare, shipped items may, unfortunately, become damaged during their transport.  If this is the case, please send a photo of your damaged item(s) to sales@woofur.ca.  Once we assess your case, we will respond with a reasonable resolution. Please note that all frozen products are final sale and require transportation via our Refrigerated Transport service.  Even then, some thawing may occur, and you will be responsible for receiving your product when it is delivered to your location.

 

Sending Items back for Exchange or Credit:

To return your product for an exchange or store credit, please mail your product to 661 Chrislea Road Unit #7-9 Vaughan, ON L4L 0C4.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  Please contact us right away at 416-238-7358, or sales@woofur.ca, if you are planning on returning or exchanging a product.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it's not tracked.
