Shipping policy

At this time, Woofur cannot ship products outside of Canada.  

LOCAL DELIVERY is available to customers who reside in the immediate Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $350 (before applicable taxes) is available to customers in Ontario and Quebec only.  Please note that free shipping does not apply to items that are excessively large or heavy e.g. gallon-sized shampoo bottles, dog beds/crates, etc.  We will contact you to provide you with a separate shipping quote for large, bulky, or heavy items.

FROZEN PRODUCTS can only be shipped to customers in the GTA via our Refrigerated Transport service.  Please note that some thawing may occur, and the customer is responsible to receive the product immediately upon delivery.
